Chef's Corner:
Greetings from the ACC kitchen: With the early start of what looks to be a blistering summer, there’s no better way to cool off than the A.C.C. pool. If you’ve noticed, we’ve expanded the menu this year to include a flat bread sandwich, chick-fil-a style sandwich, and what has been known in some circles as “The Ortiz” – a grilled Peanut butter, Banana and Honey sandwich - make sure to give it a try!
As for our a la carte menu, we’ve switched gears into more of a lighter summer style menu with more cold appetizers and salads along with grilled, lighter entrees. I’m sure you’ll enjoy these changes and we look forward to seeing you in one of our dining areas beating the heat.
