Chef's Corner:
I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope that your holidays were a
special occasion for you and your families. 2012 is already building to be a prosperous year here at the ACC. We have several special events planned and
some new things that you will be able to participate in.
Here in the ACC kitchen we are getting ready to roll out a new lunch menu along with a few new changes to
our dining experience, including Family to go night on Thursdays. We hope that you will take full advantage
of these things. Once again I would like to thank our membership for the past year and look forward to an
even better 2012.
