The fitness center has treadmills, exercycles and recumbent trainers which are great for cardio exercise. Each cardio machine is equipped with 13” LCD television screens to help pass the time while you workout. In the center of the fitness area, you’ll find a series of stations designed to work on key regions such as the abdominals, the legs and overall flexibility.

Opposite the cardio section is the free weight area, which is equipped with barbells, bench press weights and machines designed to add muscle mass and strength. This is a spacious area that can also be used for plyometric training and stretching. The ACC fitness center affords members at any fitness level the opportunity to have a complete workout experience in a motivated environment.
